Stargazing to Windsurfing: South Dakota Has It All

The area around Cogan House Lodge is one of the best areas for outdoor activities in the United States. There is hunting, biking, water sports, golfing, history, and miles and miles of unpolluted sky.

In addition, the quaint town of Springfield and nearby Yankton offer shopping, dining and entertainment. We always suggest calling ahead to make arrangements for dinner or to check on hours of operation. With stars as bright and beautiful as they are around here, owners just might be tempted to step outside and stargaze all night!
