Upon checking in, all guests will register their name and vehicle in a notebook we have provided. The maximum occupancy of the Cogan House is 12 people.
If the size of the party staying exceeds the maximum occupancy of 12 people, you will be asked to leave and be charged for the entire stay plus taxes and fees. Kitchen and living areas in the units must be left in a clean condition upon departure. Dishes need to be washed and put into the correct cupboards, garbage put in bags and put into the dumpsters, kitchen and living area left as you found them. A $168 cleaning fee, plus tax and fees in full hour increments will be charged to your credit card should the kitchen and living areas, inside and out, not be left in a clean condition upon departure. A minimum of $100 plus tax and fees will be charged to your credit card for any damage or missing items upon your departure. Cogan House is a non-smoking facilities. Smoking is allowed outside, with ash/cigarette receptacles available. There is a $250/day minimum fee for smoking. The Cogan House does not allow pets inside the unit. There is a $250/day minimum fee for harboring any pet in the Cogan House. Children over the age of 4 years old are counted as guests. Should you misrepresent the size of your party and the number of guests in your party exceeds the maximum occupancy, you will be asked to leave and you will be charged for the entire stay including tax and fees. An Event Fee of at least $100 will be charged to your credit card for any gathering that consists of more than 8 people not registered as guests at the Cogan House. The Cogan House are privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please be sure your valuables are secure. Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM Please contact our office with your approximate arrival time, so we can check your party in. |
Payment and Cancellation Policy: |
All guided Hunting and Fishing trips must be cancelled within 30 days to receive deposit back 50% non refundable deposit due upon booking and a credit card kept on file for reservations. Cash, check or credit cards (Visa, Master Card) accepted. A check may be mailed for a deposit and your reservation will be confirmed upon arrival.Credit cards will be kept on file until after check out inspection and cleaning. No show, no call will be charged full rate of reservation time plus $30 fee. Full refund if reservation is made and cancelled within 14 days of stay at the B&B-After 14 days $30 fee will be charged. All rates subject to state tax of 5.5% and a 4% convenience fee is assessed on payment with a credit card. A $30 fee will be assessed on any returned check. An excess cleaning and/or breakage fee will be assessed if necessary. There is no refunds for early departures. Prices subject to change at anytime without notice. |
